This is a practical summary of our General Terms and Conditions, Article 11
If you make a purchase at theorybook2024.nl you get 14 calendar days to think about it. The reflection period starts on the day after your order has been delivered. You can cancel the purchase without giving any reason within the cooling-off period. After you have indicated that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days. You must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.

This right of withdrawal only applies when you have used the product at most to the extent that you can decide whether you want to keep it or not. The right to dissolution does not apply when you are acting in a profession or business.
Prohibited Actions
As a buyer, you are not allowed to perform actions that are reserved for the manufacturer or persons designated by the manufacturer with regard to the product for which the purchase is / will be requested. You are also not allowed to perform any actions that cause a decrease in the value of the product or that prevent the product from being offered as new by theorybook2024.nl
Compensation by the buyer
If you do not return the products or do not return them completely within the cooling-off period, or if you return them in a damaged or otherwise deteriorated condition, you must compensate the damage that has arisen as a result. This also applies if the damage has occurred during use in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
This is only different if the damage occurred when trying out the product, as it could be in a store. As a buyer you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the product after delivery and also taking all necessary care to prevent damage.
In case of damage or destruction of a product, Theorybook2024.nl is entitled to compensation, unless the damage is a demonstrably direct result of normal use. Normal use is solely for the purpose of trying the product. The regulations must also be followed that belong to the product or the return shipment.
Non-returnable products
In principle, the right to dissolution does not apply to:
- products made in accordance with the buyer’s specifications;
- products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- Cancellation
- Do you want to cancel an order that has not yet been received? Please contact our customer service via email and we will cancel your order free of charge. Any prepayment received by us will usually be refunded within a few working days (and no later than 14 days).
Returns within the cooling-off period
Do you want to return a product within the cooling-off period after receipt? Then take the following action:
Send an email to [email protected] with a request for a return number. You will receive this return number within 72 hours.
State the return number clearly with your return. We cannot process your return without this number.
Include the return address on the packaging and your own address legible on the back.
Send the package with sufficient postage.
Do you want something other than return, such as exchange? Then we advise you to explain this in a short letter and send it along.
